Are you ready to shape the future of energy in Southeast Asia?

The Youth in Energy Mentorship Program 2025, organized by Youth for Energy Southeast Asia (Y4E-SEA), is a free, six-week mentorship initiative designed to connect passionate youth with experienced professionals in the fields of energy, climate, and sustainability.

Through this program, young people will gain professional insights, build stronger career pathways, and contribute meaningfully to the region’s energy transition and sustainable future.

Program Details

This six-week mentorship balances flexibility with impactful learning. Participants will engage in focused sessions, guided by mentors who provide both industry expertise and personal career lessons.

📅 Duration: 26 October – 6 December 2025

💻 Format: Online | 1 mentor : 3 mentees (team-based learning)

🕒 Commitment: ~1.5–2 hours per session, every 2 weeks (3 sessions total)

📌 Final Project: Reflective essay (career plan + youth contribution)
