Youth in Energy Mentorship Program 

Shaping the Next Leaders in Energy & Sustainability Industry

Open Registration for Mentees!
20 September - 20 October 2025

The Youth in Energy Mentorship Program is a free, six-week initiative connecting Southeast Asian youth with experienced professionals in the energy, climate, and sustainability fields.

Through a 1:3 mentor-to-mentee format, participants will not only gain personal guidance from mentors but also collaborate with peers in small groups for deeper brainstorming and support.

Final Project: At the end of the program, mentees will submit an essay reflecting on:

  • Their career plan after the mentorship

  • How the mentorship shaped their vision

  • What they aim to contribute back to other Southeast Asian youth

Duration: 6 weeks (26 October  – 6 December 2025)
Time Commitment: ~1.5–2 hours every 2 weeks (3 sessions in total)
Format: 1 mentor : 3 mentees (team-based learning)
Cost: 100% free

Who Should Apply

✔️Be a Southeast Asian citizen (living in SEA or abroad).

✔️Be 15–27 years old (high school, university, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals).

✔️Commit to all 3 mentoring sessions during the 6 weeks.

✔️Be willing to submit a final essay for final project (career plan + youth contribution) 

✔️Demonstrate passion in the energy & sustainability field.

✔️Show a strategic commitment to empower Southeast Asian youth through your career and actions.

Timeline

20 September - 20 October: Open registration for Mentees
20 October (9 PM GMT+7): Registration closed
22 October: Announcement for the selected mentees
24/25 October: Onboarding session
26 October - 6 December: 6-week online mentorship session
10 December: offboarding & final project essay submission
