We are thrilled to share that Youth for Energy Southeast Asia (Y4E-SEA) has been recognized globally as the FIRST RUNNER-UP at ISETS-ESCAP Youth Voice Competition for our efforts in promoting youth-led sustainable energy initiatives!
ISETS-ESCAP Youth Voice Competition is a United Nations annual event engaging youth in actions and discussions on the transition to sustainable energy, aiming to harness the youth’s dynamism, creativity, and innovation to advance the global quest for a sustainable future. The event was jointly organized by the International Society for Energy Transition Studies (ISETS) and the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Chengdu, China and Bangkok, Thailand this December.
Representing Southeast Asia, our incredible team members Amira, Alicia, and Meilyn showcased our vision at the global round in Chengdu, China. We proudly demonstrated how Y4E-SEA empowers Southeast Asian youth to shape the future of sustainable energy through intergenerational collaboration.
